What is Help To Grow Management?

  • Help to Grow: Management is a unique executive development leadership and management course designed to help SME’s grow, boost performance and productivity.
  • The programme is delivered by world-class business schools across the UK and facilitated by subject experts.
  • The cost of the course is discounted by 90% by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

Who is eligible for Help To Grow Management?

Eligibility is a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) based in the United Kingdom

  • Employ between 5 and 249 people.
  • Have been operational for at least one year.
  • Not be a charity.
  • Attendees must be a Senior Manager with line management responsibility.

When does it start and when are the sessions?

  • Onboarding – 20th September 23 (2 hours at our City Campus site in Worcester City Centre).
  • Alternative Wednesday afternoons (1 to 5pm) for 12 weeks (4 sessions are face to face and 8 are online)

How much does it cost?

£750 – as part (90%) funded by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS)

What will I study?

  • Topics covered include Financial Management, Digital Adoption, Winning new markets and Employee Engagement (more detail on the course content is included in the attavhed Course Brochure PDF).
  • Included as part of the programme, attendees will also be able to join an alumni network, receive 1:1 mentoring and develop their bespoke growth plan for their business.
