I’m sure most of you know the struggle of balancing a business with the rest of your life …

But could you imagine also fitting in time to train for a MARATHON!

Because that’s exactly what Dom Sheahan is doing, from the Cheltenham Sterling groups! 🙌🏃🏼 FOR THE SECOND YEAR ON THE TROT

He’s training whilst juggling his business The Mortgage Branch and he’ll be running the London Marathon again this year to raise money for the amazing GDA (Gloucestershire Deaf Association) and The Pied Piper Appeal 💙

We’re able to support Dom with our Sports Massage after his long training runs, to aid in his muscle recovery💪🏼

There is up to a 40% chance of reducing pain and DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) by having Sports Massage after a run

Martha, who works at GDA, a charity supported by Sterling, is running the Tewkesbury half marathon in April as well! 🏃🏼‍♀️

She also comes to see us for regular sports massage, as well as joining in our Zigs classes to help with flexibility, upper body & core strength🧘🏼‍♀️

I love supporting Dom and I am open to 1to1’s and talking with other business owners in need of body recovery or being in better shape, so they can feel better in business!
