At WeDo HR Support we are proud to announce our new compliance offering of Health and Safety.

We wanted to bring our customers the security of full compliance with both HR and Health and Safety.  Both sets of policies and procedures are different, but they should “speak” to each other.

Our Health and safety package mirrors our industry leading HR package, and is delivered with the same customer focus and care.

Adding Health and Safety to our services further differentiates us from our competitors and expands our existing portfolio:

WeDo HR Support, WeDo Health and safety,  WeDo payroll, alongside market leading HR Software and a market leading EAP to name just a few.

Over the last 12 months WeDo have really felt the benefits of being a part of the Sterling “family”, so we wanted to give back to our “family” with a special offer.

So, what is Health and safety?

What does the law state?

“The law says that every business must have a policy for managing health and safety. A health and safety policy sets out your general approach to health and safety. It explains how you, as an employer, will manage health and safety in your business. … You must train your staff, be able to provide the evidence, share the policy, and any changes to it, with your employees”
