At The Chamwell Centre Charity, we believe in empowering individuals with disabilities and additional needs to achieve their full potential. Today, we celebrated a shining example of this philosophy. Zac’s journey with us has been incredible, and his success at the Elmbridge Community Showcase is a testament to the impact of the right support and opportunities.
Zac, who attended Milestone Special Needs School, has been with The Chamwell Centre Charity for some time now. After completing a Supported Internship with us, where he gained valuable experience working on Reception, Zac progressed to a permanent job working four days a week at Chamwell. He is a valued and loved member of the team.
Recently, Zac took another significant step forward—he “flew solo” for the first time, proudly hosting our charity stall at a local community event. Representing The Chamwell Centre Charity with confidence and enthusiasm, Zac engaged with visitors, shared the important work we do, and demonstrated what true inclusion looks like.
Zac’s progress is a direct reflection of what we strive to achieve—empowering individuals to succeed and feel confident in their abilities. We couldn’t be prouder of Zac. Zac’s progress is a direct reflection of what we strive to achieve—empowering individuals to succeed and feel confident in their abilities. His journey is a testament to the transformative power of inclusion, showing that when we create opportunities and believe in people, they can achieve remarkable things. He’s proof that when we create opportunities, provide the right support, and believe in people, great things happen
We are incredibly fortunate to have Zac as part of our team, and we look forward to seeing even more milestones as he continues to grow and thrive at The Chamwell Centre Charity.
