Southall Harries was proud to host its inaugural Insurer Charity Quiz Evening, bringing together key providers from across the Birmingham Insurance Market—and beyond—to raise both awareness and much-needed funds for The Buddy Bag Foundation.
The event was a fantastic success, with a room filled with enthusiastic underwriters, business development managers, and insurance professionals, all coming together for a great cause. Chris Williams, Co-Founder of The Buddy Bag Foundation, was in attendance, highlighting the incredible impact of the charity’s work.
Through generous donations, auction bids, and raffle ticket sales, an amazing £2,350 was raised on the night. The Buddy Bag Foundation has expressed heartfelt thanks, confirming that this amount will directly fund 94 buddy bags—each providing essential items to children affected by domestic abuse.
A huge well done to everyone who took part! The evening was not only a lot of fun but also a testament to the generosity and community spirit within our industry.
