Sopra Steria successful acquisition of Graffica supported by Harrison Clark Rickerbys
Award-winning, top 70 law firm Harrison Clark Rickberys’ Corporate team has advised Malvern-based transport systems expert, Graffica on the acquisition by technology solutions business, Sopra Steria.
Graffica is a specialist provider of simulation products, software systems and consultancy services and the acquisition will see it form part of the Sopra Steria UK family. Sopra Steria is a European tech leader recognised for its consultancy and digital services and software development.
