The director of an IT business in Solihull is celebrating being named Inspirational Man of the Year at a national awards ceremony.
Chris Boehm, of Leap I.T Ltd in Hockley Heath, was one of just four men to be recognised at The Ladies First Inspirational Awards held at IXL Centre at Dallas Burston Polo Club, in Southam last month.
Chris joined the company as a director in 2014, 13 years after it was established by Stuart Watson. It specialises in information technology consultancy, offering a comprehensive suite of IT services, with a strong focus on managed service provider (MSP) solutions.
At the heart of Leap I.T. is a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and going above and beyond client expectations. This customer-first ethos has been key to the company’s consistent growth and high levels of client satisfaction.
Over the past decade, the company has expanded from a three-person team to a thriving business of 30 staff members, reflecting its success in building lasting client relationships and adapting to an ever-evolving tech landscape.
