Pershore Plus Volunteer Centre (PPVC) is inviting the local community to don their finest black tie attire and join them for an unforgettable evening of elegance, entertainment and fundraising at The Harlequin Masquerade Ball.
Taking place on Friday 2 October 2026 at The Vale Golf & Country Club, Hill Furze Road, Bishampton, WR10 2LZ, the glamorous event promises a wonderful night out while raising vital funds to help PPVC continue supporting people across Pershore and the surrounding villages who are experiencing loneliness and social isolation.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of fizz on arrival before enjoying a delicious three-course dinner, followed by dancing into the evening with the venue’s resident DJ.
The evening’s programme includes:
- Drinks reception from 7.00pm
- Dinner served at 7.30pm
- Dancing until midnight
The dress code is Black Tie, with masquerade masks optional for those wishing to embrace the evening’s elegant theme.
Tickets are £65 per person, or guests can reserve a table of 12 for £720, saving £5 per person.
All proceeds from the event will help Pershore Plus Volunteer Centre continue providing essential services that tackle social isolation, including befriending, community transport, lunch clubs, volunteer support and a range of activities that help people remain connected within their communities.

Charity Auction and Raffle Appeal
One of the highlights of the evening will be a charity auction, with all proceeds helping to fund the charity’s ongoing work.
An exciting selection of prizes is already being assembled, including a hot air balloon ride generously donated by Virgin, and so Pershore Plus Volunteer Centre is appealing to local businesses and supporters for additional auction lots and raffle prizes.
Whether it’s an experience, voucher, hospitality package, artwork, luxury hamper or unique gift, every donation will help make the evening even more successful while raising valuable funds for local people who rely on the charity’s services.
