Malvern Special Families are proud to announce they are working as a charity partner with Sterling Networks. Gareth Jones C.E.O. of Malvern Special Families will be showcasing the good work of the charity at the Worcestershire Expo from 6.45 a.m.- 1.00 p.m. on 18th May.
Malvern Special Families is a registered charity that provides after school, Saturday Clubs, and holiday clubs for children with disabilities aged from 5-18 throughout Worcestershire. All the children we support have complex needs such as spina bifida, learning disabilities autism, cerebral palsy and sight and hearing loss. We provide activities that the children are unable to access due to their disabilities and complex needs access issues or financial reasons. The activities we provide include cooking, cycling, swimming, sensory and water play. The parents, carers siblings and families of the children we support also benefit as they get a short break to enable them to rest or carry out household tasks they find difficult to do when they are caring for their child with disabilities.

We have proved our resilience by supporting children and families through Covid-19 and the cost of living situation and I firmly believe that working together with Sterling Networks we can garner support from local businesses and the community so that we can continue with our vital work for the children and young people of Worcestershire.”
