Bromsgrove-based insurance brokerage, Jukes Insurance Brokers, win Best Broker Award at the Insurance CX Awards and were highly commended for the Loyalty and Retention Award.
Hosted by Modern Insurance Magazine, the Insurance CX Awards (formerly known as the UK Customer Service Excellence Awards) is now entering its fifth year. The awards work to celebrate customer service success in the insurance and broker markets.
Jukes Insurance Brokers is an independent brokerage serving the communities of Bromsgrove and Worcestershire. As well as turning 60 this year, they are celebrating their recent award win and commendation with the Insurance CX Awards.
The Best Broker Award is reserved for brokers who deliver outstanding customer service and demonstrate that this is entrenched in everything they do.
