10 years in business is quite an achievement, and recently Hill HR celebrated its 10 year anniversary in business.
Hill HR provides HR and employment law advice and support to small businesses. It has a well-known and excellent reputation across Worcestershire and beyond and currently supports over 300 businesses.
Claire Hill, the CEO, said ‘When I started Hill HR in 2015, I started it with a ‘let’s see how or if it works’ attitude. I can’t believe we are still here and with a thriving business 10 years later.

And many others who I have met along the networking road who have offered support and advice – or just a smile when I’ve needed it. Sterling have played a big part in that.
As well as celebrating 10 years in business, this year Hill HR also moved to their new offices in Droitwich.
