Stevie Stones in partnership with Sands Annual Charity Ball is a very special event; giving us an opportunity to celebrate the wonderful people who support our charity, whilst raising money and awareness, so that we can continue to support families who are experiencing the loss of a child.
The ball brings together an incredible community of people, treating them to a night of fun and frivolity. Taking place at Worcestershire’s iconic New Road Cricket Ground, the evening will kick off with welcome cocktails & canapes, games and mingling, followed by a delicious dinner, awards presentation and live entertainment. There will also be a glitter artist, photobooth, garden games and so much more.
Our live and silent auctions and premium raffle help to raise vital funds which enable us to provide funding to families who have lost children, so that they can access beautiful, bespoke, memorial headstones and ensure that they always have a place to remember their child.
The ball presents the perfect setting for a great night out whether with family, friends, or colleagues.
How can you get involved?
Attend: Quite simply – we would love to see you there and welcome you to our very special event. It is an ideal setting to let your hair down and talk amongst new and familiar faces at a spectacular fundraiser. Tickets are £55 per person or £500 for a table of 10.
Sponsor: We’re always looking for sponsors to help us make the night a success. There is event brochures made specifically for all attendees which will feature sponsors and supporters. We will also feature any sponsors in our social media programme and include logos on every press release as well as on our website.
Donate: If you’re unable to make the ball in person – you can still support us by making a donation – either directly to our charity, or by providing prizes to be raffled off on the night.
Who Are We?
Stevie Stones was founded in 2021 on the back of the tragic death of Stevie Graham, the beloved daughter of Barri and Naomi Graham.
On the occasion of laying her to rest, Barri and Naomi noticed that there was significant empty space across the children’s plot at the cemetery. Further investigation showed that these were in fact where children had been buried though there was no memorial or marker in place. Saddened by the thought of parents not having a headstone to capture the essence of their lost loved ones, Stevie Stones was founded.
About Our Work
The aim of the charity is to ensure that all parents in the UK have access to funding to provide a child’s headstone and alleviate financial stresses in the most difficult of circumstances. Our support network will provide assistance to all parents which can include signposting to professional assistance when required with a long-term aim to have the facility for bereavement counselling.
