Connxess has been shortlisted for Business Enabler of the Year at the 2025 National Entrepreneurs Awards.
There were over 400 entries submitted across 8 categories, and I’m proud to say Connxess is one of just 9 finalists in our category.
That’s lovely news in itself, but it’s also a moment to reflect on why this work matters.
The reason I started Connxess was simple, I saw brilliant people struggling under the weight of everything they were trying to do alone.
And I realised… enabling someone else’s success is just as powerful as chasing your own.
That’s the real heart of what we do. It’s not just inboxes, CRMs or workflows. It’s giving people back the time, clarity and confidence to move forward in their own way, at their own pace.
So here’s something to think about this week:
What’s sitting on your plate right now that doesn’t need to be there?
Maybe it’s something you could hand off to someone on your team. Maybe it’s a task that could be done monthly instead of weekly. Or maybe it’s something that just needs letting go.
Small shifts in responsibility often make a big difference to how we feel and how far we can go.
