On 20th June 2023 COEO will be taking part in a Golf Marathon on 20th June 2023 and raising funds for Emily’s Gift.
Richard Grinham, the Business Development Manager, at COEO and Sterling Member will be undertaking this to raise awareness and fundraise for this great cause.
For those of you who don’t know – Emily’s Gift is a new children’s cancer charity founded under the umbrella of the Pied Piper Trust by Julie Kent MBE.
Their mission is to raise £500,000 by 10th March 2024 to finance the employment of a specialist psychologist, with expertise in the care of children and young people with cancer. The money raised will fund a psychologist for 10 years at the children’s oncology Emily Kent Unit at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.
So far £160,000 has been pledged to this fantastic charity.
