Chucks Away Celebrates 9 Years in Business
Commercial cleaning company Chucks Away is celebrating nine years in business this month.
Based in Worcestershire, but working with clients across the South East, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and the West Midlands, the business, which has been a Sterling member for four years, offers a range of services including; office cleans, decluttering services, end of tenancy cleaning and an array of venue and stadium cleans.
Chucks Away has been praised for its investment in staff training and dedication to clients, as each member of the cleaning team is assigned a dedicated set of clients to ensure a consistency and efficiency of service.
Chucks Away was founded by Claire Gregory, who following a short legal career, chose her passion for a clean and tidy space as a career and hasn’t looked back. Claire now employs 17 staff, including long term team member, Lisa Wilks, who was promoted to team supervisor earlier this year.
Recent business growth, particularly in Gloucestershire, fuelled by referrals through Chucks Away’s membership of the Cheltenham Central Sterling and Worcester Wolves groups, has led to a new office space in Evesham.
Says Claire, “I can’t believe we are nine years old, from an idea I had while working full time in the legal profession, to running my own cleaning business it has been a very exciting journey. We have grown steadily over the years, but have always ensured that we provide a completely bespoke cleaning service based around the property requirements and needs of the client. We have also seen a lot of recent business through our Sterling network, particularly in Gloucestershire.”
