We have always wanted to offer our clients an HR system as part of our monthly retained service and when we first started our system of choice was Personio a German based company who had a great offering which was designed for the SME market and they were keen to grow in the UK.
Over the years we have had a great relationship with Personio but as their business model changed and they attracted larger clients we found ourselves last year looking for an alternative.
We decided to start working with Breathe HR last summer and signed up our first few clients in July and August, in September we were voted partner of the month as we transferred several clients over from Personio to Breathe HR.
We have been impressed with Breathe HR’s functionality, good looks and support for us as new partners. I am particularly impressed with the fact that the standard module has a peer to peer feedback system where you can give your team mates Kudos. Normally, this is an additional extra for HR systems.
Our clients love Breathe HR they say it’s easy to use and has some great functionality, especially the geo-tagging facility in the time and attendance module.
Turns out that Breathe HR have been impressed with us as well. We have just found out that we have been nominated for their “Fastest growing Partner” award.
The kudos must really go to Ethan Fowler, HR Assistant, as he has been responsible for setting up all the Breathe HR accounts and supporting our clients to use the system in the best way for them.
What has impressed us about Breathe HR are the time and attendance modules and the ability to have a peer to peer recognition scheme.
The whole team will be attending the awards ceremony in March and we hope to be bringing home some silver ware.
